Ayant une limitation de charge sur ma dalle, je dois faire une chape légère avant la pose d'un carrelage 60x60 (1cm d'épaisseur).
Un premier carreleur me dit que que 4cm comprenant la chape (fibré) et la colle (en simple encollage) est suffisant. Sachant que le carreau fait 1 cm, il faut que je fasse une chape légère de 6 cm.
Un autre me dit qu'il faut minimum 5 cm de chape fibré + 1,5 cm de colle (posé en double encollage) donc avec l'épaisseur du carrelage de 1cm cela ferait une chape légère de 3,5 cm. Mais dans ce dernier cas, on dépasse largement la charge autorisée (150kg/m2 en plus d'après le bureau d'études).
Bref, je ne sais pas qui croire ... quelle épaisseur de chape lourde ? Quel type d'encollage ?
De plus, je souhaiterais avoir un joint fin gris (le carrelage est rectifié de couleur noir mat). Quel type de joint dois-je demander ? Comment se fait la réalisation des joints ?

La chose que je n'avais pas précisé, c'est que c'est une grande pièce d'environ 80m2 et qu'il y a plus d'une trentaine de gaines électricité et eau qui parcourent la dalle, donc difficile de faire des découpes de styrodur.
Pour mon information, combien ferait en poids la chape de 3,5cm armée et la colle fluide (j'ai fait le calcul pour le carrelage, cela ferait 23kg/m2) ?
Et un reagréage sur une chape legère (900kg/m3) de 9cm2, ce n'est pas possible ?

il faut decouper le styrodur en effet ce n est pas grave car il n'a pas la fonction d'isolant
pour ce qui est du poids cela represente 35litre/m2 de mortier + la colle , soit entre 55 et 70 kg -

- 1,1 cm de carreaux
Je suppose qu'il faut coller le styrodur sur la dalle ... Colle PU ?
Pour plus de facilité, est-ce possible de coller sur la dalle 3 cm de styrodur découpé pour laisser passer les gaines puis de recoller dessus des plaques entières de styrodur de 2 cm ?
Il faudra poser un film entre le styrodur et la chape ?

le styrodur ne se colle pas il suffit de le poser et oui il faut un polyane entre l'isolant et la chape. -

je ne suis pas maçon et sa mise en place est trés trés facile.
